Resolved Question: WVU, OSU or OHIO AS A TRANSFER STUDENT?

Hello, So I applied those three colleges(WVU, OSU, OHIO) as a transfer student and got into all of them. They all transfer about the same number of credits of mine and offer the major that I want to study for. we have WVU on one side with its well known university reputation and great sports teams but On the other side Ohio State is a great and well known university too. I don't really know much about OU but heard they had a good industrial Engineering program. I would appreciate if you guys can give me an idea about where to head! By the way I am transferrin out from Manhattan and really want to experience the 'real' college life. Sick of studying in skyscrapers. Thanks! I am an international student so me going out-of state is going to make no difference at cost. I will pay the same max amount of money no matter what.
