1. In the Pennsylvania House of Representatives a bill has been introduced aimed at enhancing concussion management in youth sports. At the heart of the bill measures have been laid out to protect interscholastic athletes from grades 7 to 12 restricting those young athletes who are suspected of having sustained a concussion or head injury until they have received written clearance from a licensed health professional to return to play.
